GriefShare sessions are ….

For people grieving the death of a family member or friend. We understand that there are other losses in life that create feelings of grief.

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.

This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life.
You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin.

Every Saturday at:

-January 20 | Orientation
-January 27-April 28 | Group Sessions

-Monroeville Assembly of God | 9:30am – 11:30am

Live In Freedom Today is….

A ministry for those who struggle with Drugs & Alcohol addiction..

Two Groups

There are two different group meetings held at the same time (in different areas of the church):
-Recovery Group: This group focuses on helping those that are struggling with drug & alcohol addiction.
-Family Group: This group focuses on helping family and friends of those struggling with drugs & alcohol addiction.

In order to effectively recover from an addiction, professional help in the field of substance abuse is only part of the equation. Often times, recovering individuals additionally need the support of others who are also recovering from addiction. This is where support groups can provide a critical element needed to bring success to an individual’s recovery process, as well as, equip their friends and families to better help their loved one through this process.
