We are Compass Youth
At Compass Youth we align everything we do to four core values. We call our values the compass rose. With this compass rose we can check and see if we are heading in the right direction. Each core value corresponds to a direction on the compass.
Compass Youth Ministry is for students from 7th-12th grade. We meet at our Monroeville Campus Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm.
Meet Our Youth Director
Kristy Baish
Kristy grew up at MAOG and then returned after marrying Denny in 2003. They have 2 daughters, Mia and Sarah. In 2012 Kristy joined the team as the Youth Admin-after serving for 12 years she stepped into the role of Youth Director. Kristy loves spending time with her family, Compass students, and Young Adults. She is passionate about seeing students grow in their love for God and people.
